Field oriented Hot-/Coldspot detection and converter to the most common publishing formats as AVI, JPG, BMP, TIFF for easy integration into report documents are provided. The internal data quantitative cutting studio characteristic permits a comfortable editing, allocation, reduction and chaining of relevant thermal image information, measurement data and events. It is easy to process embedded JPG-photographs from the daylight camera and WAV speech annotations. Data consistency to other MS-Windows based applications is provided.

PREMIUM plus provides extended more in-depth analysis features as line profiles and histogram chart. Setting numerous measurement points, line profiles, poly lines and multiple area figures regarding their individually emissivity and local reflected temperatures are standard. Illustrating of corrected local temperature conditions, automatic span calculation for object-related temperature scales, x/T-diagram as time plotting and minimized statistical evaluation are obligatory. ISO-Therms view, dew point and atmospherically calculation model, selective filtration of relevant temperatur events, distribution chart for lines and areas and statistic image analysis function. irMOTION observer has been developed to control multiple camera devices by a central management console tool. Each manager is able to control up to 16 devices. Depending on the bandwidth and performance of the computer system a data transfer rate of 10 frames per second for each device can be reached. The Observer provides an innovative server / client concept to access infrared and video cameras over intranet or internet. The data will be transferred as a video stream (based on H.264 technology) to observe multiple clients on different process locations. To control the client devices special data packets handle the communication between server and clients. Optional the Observer provides PTZ protocols.
irMOTION observer technology is divided into:
» Management consoles to control the clients
» Observer system to handle the traffic between the clients
» Client computers to access the camera devices by IEEE1394 or ETHERNET.
The observer records the client raw data to hard disk or SQL based data bases up to 60 Hz on client side. To replay stored streams a virtual file camera can be configured.
Observer supports customized plug-in modules to trigger and analyze data in real time.
